About Us
The Human Resources Directorate of Hasan Kalyoncu University is the unit responsible for handling the appointment, personal rights, leave, records, staffing, and retirement procedures of academic and administrative personnel.
Our Mission
To carry out procedures related to personnel matters such as appointment, health, leave, records, staffing, and retirement. To inform personnel working in all units of the University and to provide fast, accurate, efficient, orderly, harmonious, and coordinated services. To contribute to the functioning and development of our University by establishing new personnel policies capable of serving the structural transformation of personnel, so as not to fall short in keeping pace with current conditions and change.
Our Vision
To produce medium and long-term projects on personnel distribution in order to ensure that human and existing resources are utilized in the most appropriate and efficient manner. To create a profile of happy personnel at our University who research, learn, apply what they have learned, generate solutions to problems, share knowledge, continuously develop themselves, and adapt to growth and change. To establish new personnel policies capable of serving the structural transformation of personnel so as not to fall short in keeping pace with current conditions and change, thereby contributing to the functioning and development of our University. To plan the University’s personnel needs accurately and ensure personnel communication within the framework of legal rights and regulations; to interpret and implement current legislation correctly; to protect employee rights by observing the principle of confidentiality (KVKK); to provide the workforce required by our University; to deliver people-oriented services in an efficient, orderly, harmonious, and coordinated manner; and to ensure that all updates and amendments set forth in statutory decrees, regulations, directives, and legislation, as well as personal rights, are implemented completely and accurately in the shortest possible time.
